Veldmere is an enquiry website. Sending a request does not itself establish an engagement with a lawyer.
2. General information
The pages describe topics that may arise in investment disputes. They do not assess the merits of your case, promise a remedy or calculate a limitation period. See the Legal Notice & Disclaimer.
3. Enquiry process
The enquiry form submits your contact details and optional situation text to the intake register. The server checks required fields and confirms receipt only after the receiving service accepts the request. If confirmation is unavailable, contact the office before sending again.
Once a live service is configured, an acknowledgement of delivery must not be confused with acceptance of instructions. Scope, conflicts, costs and the engagement terms must still be confirmed by the relevant lawyer.
4. Fees and outside costs
The initial consultation is free of charge. Before authorising further work, ask the responsible lawyer about the fee basis, VAT, court or specialist costs where relevant, and payment terms. The free consultation does not include ongoing representation or a promise of recovery.
5. Responsible use
Do not submit confidential third-party documents, payment-card details, access credentials or wallet recovery phrases through the initial enquiry form. Do not use the website to send unlawful or misleading material or interfere with its operation.
6. Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Policy describes the website’s data handling. The Cookie Policy explains the locally saved preference choices. Any future live services must be reflected in those notices before activation.
7. External websites
External links are provided for reference and verification. Other websites have their own terms and privacy arrangements. Their inclusion does not mean they endorse Veldmere.
8. Professional terms
The independent practice’s engagement terms, professional disclosures, complaints procedure and applicable liability provisions must be confirmed by the client before launch. Those documents must identify the actual contracting practice; the organisational foundation is not substituted for it.
